Our Body, Our Temple - An Embodied Practices Retreat for Women

We have booked the entire Port Elliot Beach House from the afternoon of Thursday 10th of November until Sunday morning 13th of November. 3 nights and days to deepen your practice of inner transformation and grounding into skin, muscle, bone and breath; our body temple.
Being so close to the Southern Ocean on the headland overlooking Horseshoe Bay, we will be working specifically with the element of WATER. The Historical Port Elliot Beach House is immersed in the history of this unique location, of WHALE and DOLPHIN Dreaming…….
The retreat will be fully catered for by the beautiful Ellen Carli Roche, who will provide, healthy, organic (where possible), alchemical, nourishing and healthy meals, snacks and drinks to support our practices together.
There are enough available rooms for most participants to have their own room with a double bed, and some have ensuites. Share rooms are available for a reduced price.
We will have a variety of practices offered over the course of our time together, including:
Qigong - morning movement on the lawn overlooking the ocean
Gentle and restorative yoga
Movement medicine
Cacao Ceremony
Sharing circles
Energy medicine creating workshop
Guided meditations
Drum and Song circles

All within the theme of cleansing, and honouring our body temple so we may return to our lives with clarity and a strengthened connection to our body wisdom.

Most rooms have sea views with upstairs and downstairs rooms.
